 Ingredients :
1 1/2 Pound Ground Beef (80/20)
1 Medium Onion
1 Large Egg
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
1 32oz Jar Spaghetti sauce
2 Tablespoons Prepared Mustard
4 Cups Italian Bread Crumb (Enough to form the Loaf)

 How to Prepare :
Pre-heat Oven to 375 Degrees.

In a large bowl, combine Hamburger, Onion (Diced), Egg (Roughly beaten), Salt and Pepper.

For the Sauce:
In a Seperate Bowl, Combine Brown Sugar, Vinegar, Mustard and Spaghetti Sauce and stir untill the Brown Sugar is Thoroughly dissolved

Add Sauce Mixture to the Hamburger Mixture Leaving aside a little extra Sauce to be poured on top of the Meatloaf just before going into the Oven. Once the 2 Mixtures are Thoroughly Combined, Add Bread Crumb untill Loaf can Begin to Form (Do not go Overboard as this will lead to a dry Meatloaf). The Meat should be slightly damp in texture and still be able to hold a shape.

Pour the Meatloaf mixture on a large aluminum covered baking sheet and form it however you like (I prefer spreading it out evenly about 2 inches from the sides of the baking sheet.) Pour the remaining sauce on the Meatloaf to cover it evenly and place in the oven.

Cook for 30-40 Minutes or untill the internal temperate reaches 160 Degrees. Be sure to check every so often for excess Grease. you'll want to drain it every now and then.

Enjoy!
